Clients have 24hrs prior to their appointment time to cancel with no fees applied. Same day cancellations (50%) and no-shows will result in a 100% service charge of all appointments booked. Any client arriving later then 10 minutes past the appointment time is eligible for a 50% cancellation fee and rescheduled. Clients who have lash membership that no call/no show or arrival is 10 mins past appointment time will be charged a $20 fee. Studio does enforce and no kid policy. Any child under the age of 13 can not accompany you to a appointment, this if for the safety of your child and the comfort of our guest.
